The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of product management experience, preferably in a technical field. They should be adept at navigating the complex landscape of artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a particular focus on understanding and deploying AI agents. A solid grasp of programming languages, particularly Python, is essential as it often serves as the backbone for many AI-related projects. The candidate should be comfortable working with various project management tools to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration. Experience with AI frameworks and machine learning libraries is paramount, as these are critical components in the development and launch of AI agents. Agile methodologies should be second nature to the candidate, enabling them to adapt to the dynamic nature of product development in the tech industry. An understanding of UI/UX design principles is valuable, as the user experience directly impacts the success of the product. Data analysis skills are also crucial for making informed decisions based on market and user feedback. Outstanding communication abilities and customer relationship management skills are necessary to navigate stakeholder expectations and user needs effectively. Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus, as it supports a collaborative environment where multiple team members can work on different aspects of the project simultaneously. The candidate must be comfortable working in a Full-Time, mid-level role and should be open to the possibility of remote work arrangements. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can envision the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven products and drive them from concept to market.

Responsibilities

Lead the full product lifecycle for AI agent products, from conception to launch, including ideation, market research, and roadmap development.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI agent features that meet the needs of users.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of AI agent products, and integrate user feedback and performance data into product strategy.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, and make decisions based on market trends and business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong technical acumen with an ability to evaluate and understand complex technical issues as they relate to product development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and concise product strategies to diverse stakeholders.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Knowledge of current trends and advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Bonus Points

Experience in deploying AI agents in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI/ML domains.
Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner.
